1253 werd gemaakt voor de International Land-Art Maastricht in park De Vliek in Ulestraten. De kolom van het object was op maat gemaakt voor een stronk in het hellingbos. Na deze tentoonstelling werd het werk overgebracht naar een geselecteerde plek in de tuin van tentoonstelling Expoost in Hoorn waar het een bijzondere verkleuring doormaakte naar donkerbruin

1253 was made for the International Land-Art Maastricht in park De Vliek, Ulestraten. The column of the object fitted exactly on a tree stump in this slope forest. At the end of the exhibition it was transferred to a selected spot in the garden of the exhibition Expoost in Hoorn, where the colour of the object changed to a very dark shade of brown
